PC Building Simulator 2 is licensed to you by Epic Games, Inc. Your access to and use of PC Building Simulator 2 is subject to and governed by the Epic Games Terms of Service (the “ Epic Terms”), available here:

The Epic Terms are incorporated into this agreement by reference and form a binding agreement between you and Epic Games, Inc. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PC Building Simulator 2, you agree to be bound by the Epic Terms.

ANY DISPUTES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PC BUILDING SIMULATOR 2 WILL BE RESOLVED AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE EPIC TERMS, WHICH FOR U.S. PERSONS MEANS YOU ARE AGREEING TO RESOLVE MOST DISPUTES IN BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO GO TO COURT OR TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS. SEE SECTIONS 16 AND 17 OF THE EPIC TERMS FOR DETAILS.
For purposes of the “Licensing Entity” provision in the Epic Terms, Epic Games, Inc. is the licensing entity for PC Building Simulator 2.
