How Your Right of Withdrawal Works
Right of Withdrawal when you immediately get access to the content
In most cases, you receive your digital content or subscription service immediately after completing the transaction. In such cases, you will be asked to waive your 14-day legal right of withdrawal. When you waive your right of withdrawal, you agree that the content is delivered right away and that the withdrawal right no longer applies.

Right of Withdrawal in other cases
In cases other than the immediate delivery of digital content to you, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason.
To do so, please contact us and be sure to include:
● Your Epic account name or email address
● Your order number
● Your order date

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the purchase:
● Epic will refund all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving your request.
● Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Some methods, like prepaid cards, may not support direct refunds. You and Epic may also agree that the refund will be issued to another payment method.
● The withdrawn items will be removed from your account.
● You won’t be charged any fees for the refund.
